Each senior is unique, and so is our time together. I strive to pray and research and then we continue to dialogue about the best way to capture his/her vision. This senior was so much that. What is important to her? 2 puppies-at-heart BIG dogs--who, by the way, don't understand sit and smile for the camera. But they did a good job smiling, I think. Don't you?

And then we ventured out to capture some of the beautiful autumn colors at a special-to-her hiking trail--even though it had been gray and raining for days.

And even though it was chilly, she had vision and so we went! I'm so glad we did. We blended her ideas.

It was so much fun! And. I loved driving around, talking poly sci (who knew I'd love chatting poly sci??) and all things common app, I loved hearing that other families, like mine--big or small--do surprise vacations. Do you know what happened in the midst of all of it? The grey skies opened up and that beautiful sun peeked out just in time for an autumn sunset at the Nelson, just in time!
