We just returned from a pilgrimage to Portugal, Fatima, and World Youth Day. And when this one asked to do some of her senior photos while overseas, well, you just say yes and make it happen. 

We thought they decorated the streets for our arrival. Turns out, they had running with the bulls from Midnight - 3am right outside our window where we slept on the floor. 

We went to St George's castle. Yep that's a castle all right! So beautiful! Might have picked up a souvenir for little brother who loves all-things sword-fighting. :)

I love a good ivy wall photo...But the ivy in Portugal?? Looked like green beans! Naturally we stopped here on the way to all the other places. LOVE.

We stopped for coffee and pastel de nata at this little cafe and it had studio vibes, so we grabbed a few shots here. My girl became a bit of a coffee girl overseas. Cute little espresso cups with desserts...how could you not?

We had a layover in NYC...and how could we NOT head to Manhattan and check out the city. At sunrise? Yawn. Had lunch with Aunties and Cousin, and then strolled through a small part of Central Park before we jumped on the subway to catch our plane.

There are so many more. But we'll save those for Senior Sunday. I'm now scheduling destination Senior Photos...Smile. I can't get over how fun it is to photograph your senior girl...and how it feels like yesterday she was toddling around...
