I met this sweet gal and here mom at her church today. She was all smiles! And so was I. So much peace being in church, in His presence.
Amidst so much unknown and the topsy-turvy life in our world today, it is such a gift to see the sweet innocence and joy of a child preparing to receive Jesus.

I met this family today. Do you ever meet people and immediately think, "We should be friends. These people should be my people. " That was how I felt today! Meet their adorable son. Literally first shot in the session. And this.

This sweet nugget just received his First Holy Communion. Sweet cheeks and smile...so dapper!
And absolutely LOVE how he lights up when he is (of course, too cool) wrapped in his sister and mom's arms!

This sweet girl. She and her parents brought 3 BIBLES to our session.:) Because. Love it!
She was a cute little chatterbox too. I wish I would have snapped a photo of mom to compare, because she IS a younger version of her mom. Beauty.

This kiddo. I was his CGS Catechist in Atrium several years ago. And to see him now??? I can't even. He walked up with mom (dad came later) so serious and jumped right in. He remembered me, even from behind my mask.:) To watch him pull his Daddy's Rosary from HIS First Holy Communion out of its case...so carefully, so delicately. Oh my heart. I ask...

So I stepped out of Quarantine, Phase-whatever to socially-distance-capture some sweet kiddos in preparation for their First Holy Communion. I'm not going to lie. Mass is going to look different.
